EK2 by Berg & Nolte Set (with envelope & tissue paper)

Hello,
Picked this one from a dealer and it's going to be the first EK2 in my collection.
It's marked 40 on the ring so it's been made by Berg & Nolte (correct me if I'm wrong).
Comes with an unmarked envelope and tissue paper.
Any guess who could be the envelope's maker?

Good looking cross.

I have a MM 40, also...it is frosty, like yours. the core of mine also looks like yours.....heavy paint.

dont know a whole lot about packets......other than with some searching and patience, you can find a BN marked packet.
